'Great hotel, but not at a good location. Lot of offices and very quiet. '

'Excellent location, wonderful staff, good quality and clean rooms. What else is needed'

'Very nice stay ..Great location!'

'Fantastic stay, friendly staff, nice vibe, beautiful hotel and neighborhood. The breakfast was simple, but delicious with yoghurt, fresh fruit, eggs and bacon or similar options, muffins and cheese. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back.'

'The staff that were human were awesome (I've stayed there before). But the hotel's problem solving was AI gone bad. No humans on hand in my building. Everything automated. But the code into my room had issues (though it worked on the main entrance). Then, I couldn't figure out the programming to the cheap remote heater. The coffee maker just flat-out didn't work. You can only ask a computer for help so many times. Shame on the owners for saving so much by screwing potential real humans out of...

'Nice and very well located place. We enjoyed our stay there. Better breakfast options would not hurt but anyway loved the place'

'Overall good hotel. '

'Heerlijk gezellig hotel centraal gelegen in Washington. Uitstekende service.

'Location was good, room was fine, service was poor (particularly at the bar/restaurant)'

'Overall a good hotel. However, the room was noisy and for a 4.5 star hotel I found finishing in the bathroom was not neat. Personnel was very friendly. Unfortunate the VIP-acces hotel credit was only useable in the hotel restaurant and not in the coffee shop in the lobby. '

'Our room was amazing! Clean and very comfortable! The service in this hotel is top notch!'

'Nice hotel with a lot of charm. Great location close to metro and Dupont Circle. '
