"The hotel should ensure housekeeping standards are improved. In particular the finer details, the room(s) were looking a little tired around the edges, in particular the bathroom. While there were some issues with housekeeping, what makes a good stay great is the way it is resolved and the attitude of the team that works front of house. In this case the hotel team member Edward was above and beyond, understanding and empathetic, not defensive and making every effort to ensure a good stay. He was the reason I reviewed the stay as excellent, his service made the difference in rating. Thank you."
