IMPORTANT: The indicated FeWo total price is plus a one-time house charge of € 135, - (for utilities, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, energy costs, Wi-Fi, etc.) and optional use of the outdoor whirlpool once € 30, - and any Fee for a dog in the amount of € 35, -. This is to be paid at the key handover on the spot in cash to our caretaker!

The house is awarded 5 *****, the highest possible award of the DTV. This means a first class equipment with exclusive comfort as well as a generous offer in outstanding quality and

On the ground floor you will find a spacious living-dining area with fully equipped kitchen, dining table overlooking the water, cozy seating area with flat-screen TV, music system with iPad and free Wi-Fi
Underfloor heating in the whole house, guest toilet, cloakroom and utility room with washing machine are included. A stove provides a cozy additional atmosphere even on cool days.
For a restful sleep, there are two sheep rooms upstairs with comfortable box spring beds. The large bathroom with a walk-in large shower and corner bath leaves nothing to be desired. For further relaxation, the attached Finnish sauna and the outdoor whirlpool with 36 degrees warm water in the garden provides. In a newly built 5 star resort with exclusive thatched roof houses, the 700 square meter water plot is located directly on an approximately 2000 square meter pond, fenced on the street side with a stone wall, it offers pure relaxation. The approximately 50 square meters terraces are aligned to the sun, a beach chair and innovative reclining chairs and garden furniture are available. For swimming at the Bodden is a beach in the immediate vicinity (150 m). Another beach in Bodstedt with a large lawn is only about 500 meters away. The newly built Zeesenboot- and marina with quaint harbor restaurant and beautiful terrace is a worthwhile destination very close. Bicycles are available for free.(at your own risk )
Since it concerns a water property, it is suitable for children only conditionally.
The property is not completely fenced.
