There's a lot to like. It's a newer hotel with larger rooms for the price than many hotels in Germany, working a/c, usb ports in the room and a friendly and helpful staff who speak good English. The breakfast is good and my room had a kettle.
One thing I didn't like was that the a/c gets switched off in mid-October "because it is winter" as the front desk put it (although it was still warm outside during the day). Also, the hot water was slow to come through and the water pressure was low. The in-room safe is too small for a laptop.
Although it's an easy walk from railway station, guests should note that google is wrong to show the hotel on the west side of the road.
