Summary:

Welcome to this unique villa with private pool, located in one of Fuengirola's best areas next to the market place Recinto Ferial with market every Tuesday and Saturday as well as several events and festivals annually (the most popular in late April and early October)



The area is a quiet residential area within walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants as Avanida Acapulco runs just outside the house and leads down to the main street of Los Boliches and all that the city has to offer!



The Space:

As you enter through the main gate from the street you are greeted by a charming and rustic villa with vines to the right and palm trees to the left, you go straight ahead and you enter the spacious hall with the stairs up to the 4 bedrooms.



To the right you have the large and social living room with space for the whole family to gather in front of the large TV.



To the left of the hall there is a bathroom and the large and newly renovated kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, coffeemaker, kettle, toaster and everything you need to cook on a vacation!



From the kitchen you come out to the lovely backyard with private pool, comfortable outdoor furniture, a solid relaxation corner under the greenery where the most memorable dinners will be enjoyed.There is also a built-in charcoal grill, ask Frank about his favorites to grill if you want the best that Spain has to offer!



The house is not new and it is something that is important that you keep in mind when you book!



Otherwise, the house is fully equipped with WIFI, A / C in all rooms, private pool, private parking right outside, large smart TV, dishwasher and much more!



The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.



To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!



The Neighborhood:

It takes 10 minutes to walk to the beach (850m) and it is only 350m to the nearest large grocery store, grocery store and bar / pizzeria. Los Boliches itself is known for its broad and international culture with flavors and smells from all the world's heard as well as for the fine and wide beaches that stretch from Carvajal in the east to the port in the west.



Getting Around:

You can easily get around by foot from this house, if you however wish to have a car then you have free parking on the street outside and in front of the house.



Other Things to Note:

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- We have travel cots and baby chairs available. Please inquire about our rates.

- no groups under 25y (except families)

- No smoking inside, no parties

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included; pool towels are available for rent. Please contact us about the price.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.

- We can order you to transfer, ask us about the price.
