Welcome to 111 Cardinal Crest, a stunning 4-bedroom, 3-bath coastal retreat designed for comfort and breathtaking views. Step inside to find two inviting living spaces—one centered around a cozy fireplace (fireplace not for guest use), the other showcasing expansive ocean views framed by floor-to-ceiling windows with direct access to the deck.

The open-concept layout includes a dining area with both a dining table and a stylish bar with bar stools, perfect for gathering with friends and family. A beautifully appointed kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a prep island with sink, and plenty of counter space for effortless entertaining.

Wake up to water views in the primary suite, complete with private deck access, a walk-in closet, and a luxurious en suite bath boasting a double vanity, spacious walk-in shower with dual shower heads, and a serene spa-like design. There are two additional bedrooms—one with a king bed and en suite bath and the other with a queen— it shares a light-filled hall bath with a skylight and tub/shower combination. with the 2 full beds in the upstairs loft. Both downstairs bedrooms feature charming window seats overlooking the naturally landscaped front yard.

Whether you're heading to the beach, exploring the island's unique amenities, or simply cruising around to take in the natural scenic beauty, the golf cart provides a convenient and leisurely mode of transportation. Please note: the golf cart in the garage is for the owner's personal use. The cart included with rental can be picked up at Fripp Island Carts at 203 Tarpon Blvd.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
