Here’s a unique opportunity right on the Dithmarschen coast. This modernized, centrally located vacation rental is in Friedrichskoog-Spitze, about a three-minute walk from the beach and right next to the Eltern-Kind-Klinik Nordseedeich. A small bakery on the first floor provides fresh rolls and pastries every morning. You’ll find delicious ice cream at the ice cream shop right nearby. For leisure activities, there’s a bike and go-kart rental right next to the building (opening hours vary by season).

The fully furnished 3-room apartment (approx. 48 sqm) is located on the top floor of the vacation complex. It features a cozy living room and a modern, well-equipped kitchenette. On this level, you’ll find a shower room with a toilet—modernized in 2023—a storage room, and a double bedroom with two sleeping accommodations. A staircase in the living room leads to the converted attic, which contains two additional sleeping areas. From the balcony, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the North Sea. The most recent renovation was completed in 2023.

Next to the house is a parking space available free of charge to our guests.

Friedrichskoog stands for a nature-oriented North Sea vacation with the whole family. As part of these efforts, the Grünstrand beach was modernized and redesigned, the spa park was completely renovated, and the dike was reinforced. Fortunately, all work has now been completed. The modernized beach and the new spa park are available to guests without restriction and offer a wide range of opportunities for relaxation, exercise, and nature experiences right on the North Sea.

The popular vacation destination of Friedrichskoog is located in Schleswig-Holstein, the state between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, on a beautiful peninsula directly on the Wadden Sea, an UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site. The surrounding towns are Brunsbüttel (approx. 22 km) and Marne (approx. 10 km). Brunsbüttel charms visitors with its maritime atmosphere, featuring locks, a yacht harbor, and a sailing marina. Marne is a small provincial town and the center of the rural Südermarsch region. Culturally speaking, both Brunsbüttel and Marne have a lot to offer.
