We propose to you to the rent, in Sables d'Or les Pins, this spacious family house with sea view located in a residential district raised, with less than 100 meters of the beach, of a surface of 160 m ² and being able to accomodate to 8 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms. You can enjoy a garden of about 1,200 m².

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A 30 m² living room with TV, sofas, armchairs and dining area, from where you can enjoy the sea view!
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: two twin beds (90×200).
- Bedroom 3: bunk beds.
- A bathroom with sink and bathtub.
- Separate toilet.
On the 1st floor:
- Bedroom 4: two single beds (90×200).
- Large playroom, ideal for children
- A shower room with washbasin and shower.
On the ground floor :
- A large garage.
- A hall with cloakroom.

- A laundry room with washing machine.

Outside :
- A beautiful enclosed garden of about 1,200 m² surrounding the house, mainly south-east facing. Access to the garage from the garden.
- A terrace of about 20 m² with furniture to enjoy the nice days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed.

The house is ideally located in Fréhel in the Sables d'Or les Pins area, between Cap Fréhel and Cap d'Erquy, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Beaches: Sables d'Or beach, Montiers beach, ...
- Water sports (new Fréhel water sports centre 500 m from the house - surfing, paddle in the lagoon, kitesurfing, kayaking, catamaran, courses for children...).
- At 800 m: golf, tennis.
- Horse riding.
- Numerous hikes on the GR34.
- Stroll on the Cap Fréhel and the Cap d'Erquy.
- Numerous visits: Bienassis Castle at 11 km, Ker Louis Garden at 7 km, Fort Lalatte.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the garage or in the private parking of the house (4 vehicles).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Plancoët train station located about 29 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport located at about 1H20 by car.

Other remarks :
- Free Wifi available (fibre optic).
- Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Stairs to access the accommodation and the terrace.
