Our spacious beautifully maintained 3 bedroom duplex villa is located within peaceful Nonsuch bay - a private gated community with 24hr security There's a private beach a few footsteps away, a restaurant, two infinity pools looking out onto the bay. We have a spacious wrap around balcony with an outdoor dining table. There's also a roof terrace on the top floor. Guests can freely enjoy the peaceful beach, 2 pools and sun loungers in the gentle breeze. Bliss!

The space
Own front door into living room with new furniture, lots of louvered doors leading onto large wrap round terrace. Well equipped new kitchen. Ground floor ensuite bedroom, laundry room and cloakroom. Upstairs to twin ensuite and master bedroom, balcony with ensuite, walk in shower and bath. Separate closet and sun terrace on top floor with beautiful views over the bay. All double beds are super king sized with very good comfortable matresses.

If you want to explore Antigua's 365 beaches we suggest a hire car. Jerry has competitive rates and he can deliver the car. We have free parking right outside the villa. Alternatively if you feel like going to explore Green Island at the top of the bay then Devon can take you by boat up there, some deep sea fishing or sail in an RS Elite with Leslie, then Natasha our local host can put you in touch. She really will help you find the perfect holiday to suit you.

Other things to note
You do need a car to access the grocery store and we usually suggest a taxi does your airport pick up and you can be taken to get supplies on the way over to us - 35 minutes. Alternatively Natasha can do a shop for your arrival. We also have a lovely on site restaurant ’Breeze’ which takes bookings
