Hi Karen, Thanks so much for your feedback. It seems this property was not a good fit for your family. Photos and description accurately depict the property on-line and mention 1 bathroom for the property. Your welcome guide also mentions limited cell service as well as no internet access due to the very private and remote nature of the property. We were very disappointed that your group did not share with us a health issue that came up during your stay that could have quite an impact on the safety of our staff as well as myself, and future guests. Thankfully we have cleaning and sanitizing protocols in place for just such an oversite. I want our guests to have a wonderful time, however the safety of our guests and staff are of paramount importance; I would recommend sharing this information with your hosts in the furure and not leaving a note written on a paper towel. Your group also departed more than 2 hours past check-out time. Despite the issues we appreciate your feedback and wish you the best with your future gatherings.

Hi Ed, Thanks for staying and for your review! The grill has already been replaced and is ready for your next visit. Hoping to add a dock one of these days to help with the grass around the water's edge. Due to habitat conservancy I'm not sure how much of the Sago we could/would venture to try to remove. It's a beneficial source of nutrition for waterfowl and also provides nesting area for bass and other fish as well as frogs which all help to keep mosquito populations in check :).
