Konstantinos - Thank you for staying with us and for the feedback on your recent stay. Our restaurant opens at 11:30am, so we do not offer breakfast, but there are many breakfast options in walking distance. We do include 2 bottles of Figi water in the rooms, but we would happy to provide more if needed. Our amenity fee does include parking, Figi water, Keurig coffee service, wifi, a welcome drink and spa bathrobes for in-house use. The parking lot is paid parking, but we provide a permit at check in. We apologize if we did not communicate the amenities and parking, properly at check in.

We acknowledge that we fell short of your requirements, and we realize how disappointed and unhappy this may have caused you to be. We do our best to accommodate guests and their needs. Ivan - Thank you for staying with us on your recent visit to Freehold. Since we are downtown on Main Street we only offer drop off/pick up in the front of the hotel and the back parking lot is for all the downtown restaurants and hotel parking. It does get busy on the weekends, but we do offer a permit at check in for hotel parking. We do offer the restaurant menu in each room by scanning the bar code that is posted by the coffee maker. Your order will go directly to the kitchen and room service will be delivered to your room. We hope you enjoyed your stay and we hope to see you again soon!
