Whether you`re planning a girls` getaway, bachelorette weekend, couples` retreat, or family gathering, our spacious 3-bedroom home & separate 1-bedroom guest house provide the perfect setting to relax, reconnect, and make memories—complete with hot tub, cowboy pool, and a location just minutes from Main Street.

The Coop

The Coop is the spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath main house, with plenty of room for everyone to gather, relax, and enjoy their time together. Inside, you`ll find two distinct living rooms, each offering a different way to unwind.

The first living room is perfect for movie nights and relaxing evenings, with oversized leather seating, a large Smart TV, games, and fast Wi-Fi. The second offers a quieter, flexible space and includes two sofa beds for additional sleeping arrangements.

The spacious kitchen offers generous counter space and plenty of room to prepare meals for the whole group. With a casual 4-person dining area and a larger table seating 8, there`s room for everything from morning coffee and casual meals to group dinners, games, and conversation.

All three bedrooms are comfortably furnished, including a spacious primary suite. Both full bathrooms are generously sized and feature shower/tub combinations, offering a convenient setup for families and groups.

The Roost

Located above the detached garage, The Roost is a private apartment that offers extra privacy while keeping everyone close. It`s ideal for another couple, grandparents, or anyone who appreciates having a space of their own. The apartment features a separate kitchen and dining area for light meal preparation, a cozy living room with a Smart TV, a roomy queen bedroom, full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and a dedicated workspace.

Outdoor Living

The backyard is the perfect place to unwind after a day of shopping, wine tasting, or exploring Fredericksburg. Relax in the hot tub, cool off in the cowboy pool, gather around the fire pit beneath the Texas sky, or enjoy meals together on the covered patio. The fully fenced pool area, along with a separate dedicated dog run, makes The Coop & Roost a great choice for guests traveling with their furry family members.

And when you`re ready to explore, The Coop & Roost is just 0.8 miles from Main Street, keeping Fredericksburg`s shops, restaurants, wineries, and tasting rooms close within easy reach. H-E-B is also just half a mile away—perfect for stocking up on groceries, drinks, or any last-minute essentials during your stay.

Guests have full access to The Coop, The Roost, and the outdoor spaces, with the exception of locked supply closets in the hallway. The garage is also reserved for storage and supplies.

There is plenty of kitchen cabinet space available for groceries, and bedroom closets are available for clothing, luggage, and other belongings during your stay.
