Sunday House at The Sanctuary

The Sanctuary is a 2 bedroom 2 bath piece of Heaven on 120 acres with hill country views surrounded by Longhorns and a short walk to Nigerian Dwarf Goats and a Shetland Pony. White Tail, Black Buck, Wild Turkeys, Raccoons and Hawks are abundant. This is a luxury stay with a hot tub and fire pit secluded in privacy. This home is a guesthouse of a larger Estate with complete privacy. Come stay awhile.

Items inside the kitchen:
Pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, bowls, cups, silverware, two rolls of paper towels, coffee mugs, keurig, k-cups, 12 cup coffee maker, filters, ground coffee, dry creamer, colander, wine opener, ice maker, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and blender.

Items inside bathrooms: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, que-tips, hand soap, blow dryer, hand towels, face towels, large towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper.

Laundry room: laundry detergent

Outside: propane grill with propane, fire pit, hot tub, 6 Adirondack seats for the fire pit.

You will be given a map of the 120 acres to explore and find all of the farm animals and wild animal life. You get sunrises and sunsets daily. You are on top of a hill. Some say it’s hard to believe that this is is Texas.
