The Space:

Welcome to Sunday Haus Estate, a modern Hill Country getaway just a block from Main St and minutes to the Texas wine country. This unique property features three homes, each with their own private courtyard and hot tub, accommodating 8-11 guests. Sunday Haus offers comfortable, modern amenities like plush beds, a fully stocked kitchen, and stunning outdoor spaces ideal for group hangouts. Come relax, reconnect, and enjoy all the hill country has to offer at Sunday Haus.



Each home is equipped with King beds, luxury linens, Smart TVs, Nespresso coffee makers, fridges, microwaves, dishware, and soaps, ensuring a luxurious stay for all guests.



Stone Haus:

- 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms

- Sleeps 4 (6 with sofa bed)

- Two living rooms with ample seating

- Full kitchen for cooking and entertaining

- Dining room for 8 guests

- Washer and dryer for convenience



Cottage:

- 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom

- Sleeps 2 (3 with twin futon)

- Studio style with King bed

- Sleeper sofa (twin) for extra sleeping space

- Kitchenette for light meals

- Spacious shower and soaker tub for relaxation



Ranch Haus:

- 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom

- Sleeps 2 comfortably

- King bedroom for a restful night

- Kitchenette for preparing snacks

- Electric fireplace for cozy evenings

- Ice maker for refreshing drinks



Outdoor Spaces:

- Each unit features a private courtyard with a hot tub, fire pit, and seating for relaxation

- Common area at the back of the property accessible to all guests

- Turf lawn for outdoor activities

- Covered pavilion with outdoor TV and seating areas

- Fans, drink coolers, and fire pit for enjoyable gatherings



Parking:

- Level 2 EV chargers are available and complimentary for guests

- Located on the east and west sides of the Stone Haus

- Each unit has its own charger for a total of 3 chargers on the property

The neighborhood you're staying in is located on a quaint and quiet street one block off of Main St. Walk to dinner, enjoy the many fabulous coffee shops, shopping and tasting rooms just minutes away! Some of our favorite spots within a 5 minute walk of Sunday Haus are Caliche Coffee, Alla Campagna, Hondo's and Frisch Juice.



Getting Around:

Other Things to Note:

-Check in at 4 PM, Check out at 11 AM (early check in available for a fee on request)

-The Property is kid friendly, we allow children/infants. Please know the house is not childproof, please be cautious of fireplace and hot tub areas. Never leave your child unattended.
