Guest access
You’ll have full private access to the home and outdoor spaces. The property is reached by paved roads, easily accessible for any vehicle, with plenty of parking on site.

*PLEASE NOTE*
You’ll likely see deer, cattle, or even exotic animals along the drive and near the property. We also have a herd of sheep and their donkey companion that roam freely in our neighborhood and regularly graze around the house. However, please note that this is not a petting zoo, and guests should not approach, interact with, or feed the animals. For hands-on experiences, there are many nearby attractions in the Hill Country that specialize in farm and exotic animal encounters.

Since this is a true Hill Country retreat, you may encounter insects or wildlife such as scorpions, spiders, snakes, and other critters—especially in summer. We maintain regular pest control and provide bug spray, but some sightings are simply part of the Texas wilderness experience.
