'Could be cleaner and smell better'

'The staff were very helpful. The room was clean as well as the breakfast area. The attendance made sure the tables were clean and the counters for the food and coffee. Only negative, the hand sanitizer dispenser was out and the food tongs should not be in the Chafering dishes with the food, but on a serving dish near the chafer. Other than that, excellent, thanks!'

'I've stayed at this property three times. Clean, comfortable room. Nice bathroom with two outlets on either side of bathroom sink. Great walk in shower. Like most properties around the Chicago area, modular AC units in each room add to the noise level, so I always bring ear plugs. Both treadmills in the gym were broken, the gym water cooler was not working. Hope it's fixed by my next visit.'

Staff was great- very attentive and addressed a barking dog the first night promptly when another guest told them at the desk(the room with the dog was by our room so we had noticed it as well)'

I came down to get some and bring it up to my sleeping boyfriend, and at the elevator two female staff stopped me and said "You're not allowed to bring breakfast up.
