Welcome to The Schrubery, a charming tri-level lakefront escape on the south shore of Crystal Lake in Frankfort, MI. This spacious home combines comfort, beach and lake frontage, and unbeatable views, making it an ideal getaway for families and groups.

You’ll enjoy 200 feet of private waterfront with a sandy beach, firepit, dock and sandbox—perfect for swimming, relaxing, and evening marshmallow roasts. A canoe and multiple bikes are provided, so you can paddle the lake or pedal to the nearby Crystal View Café for a treat.

Inside, the home features a large open-concept main level with panoramic lake views through expansive windows and new French doors. The living area includes two sofas, a rocking chair, a TV, and a woodstove for cozy nights in. The kitchen has been updated with a new oven/range and overlooks the dining and living space. Step outside to the wraparound deck, where you can enjoy morning coffee, afternoon happy hour, dinner with the sunset -- and where you'll find some of the best views on Crystal Lake.

The home offers four bedrooms. The lower level includes a queen bedroom with lake views, a bunk room with twin-over-full futon-style beds and a full bathroom with tub. Upstairs, you’ll find another queen bedroom with lake views, a bunkroom with twin beds plus a loft with a full-size mattress, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Both bathrooms were fully renovated in 2025.
