'Great location and dog friendly. Our room was a bit dated with a metal kitchenette and carpet. Beds were comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent. For a hotel with no dining would be nice to have some basic coffee in lobby. You can go next door to the bar/restaurant and get coffee and also breakfast but it is not part of the hotel. Super close to Georgetown and can walk to some restaurants. There is a park near by for kids or dogs. Trader Joe's and a Whole Foods close by as well.'

'The location of the River Inn is excellent. It is in a nice neighborhood, with like a 20-30 mins walk to the DC Mall. There are multiple restaurants and super markets relatively close. The hotel itself also contains an Italian restaurant that was fine, the breakfast is also there. The staff of the hotel is helpful and the rooms are clean and big. The room contains a lot of extra facilities such as cooking facilities. We had a great stay. '
