Hôtel près de Fox Run Park (Independence)

« Meals were great, room was spacious and clean, staff was polite and kind. »

« this was the 3rd time we stayed here. Has a really good steak house right acrossed the street, sports bar right next door. Food and gas stations near by. A really weird figure "8" street getting to it, but everywhere weird streets, round abouts, etc. are popping up all over the country. parking is right there, staff is very helpful . Logan checked us in, and texted me a few time to be sure everything was good and to see if we needed anything. Hot breakfast oatmeal, make your own...

« We stayed at this hotel because it promised a hotel shuttle, but we didn’t realize that had to be booked 24 hours in advance so…in effect there is no hotel shuttle. It is an old hotel and not maintained to courtyard standards. Although our room was clean, there was a sour smell in it that made it hard to sleep. »

« There was NO front counter staff.You had to check in using a Kiosk. I tried to check in at 2:45pm and the lady in the Kiosk told me that she couldn't check me in until after 3:00pm. Yes I know the check in is at 3:00pm but what is 15 mins. If there was a front desk person I am sure I would have been help better.Also the next morning I tried to use the Iron in my room but it was broken.
