The man at the counter was nice enough, but he needed to go check to make sure our room was cleaned. We waited close to 10 minutes in the lobby before he returned. There was no A/C in the lobby and there were dehumidifiers running in the halls. When we checked in I was not asked for ID or a credit...

'97 degrees outside. The A/C in my room did not work properly. Sweating all night as it would not cool my room. All I got at the front desk the next morning was, “Sorry.” Will find a different place to stay on my trip out west next summer! :('

'Worst stay ever. Beds are horrible. Pillows are like sleeping on a rock. We had reserved a room with two queens for four people. Only had 3 towels. Called down for more but no one answered. Waited for at least 15 minutes on phone. Finally had to go to front desk. Brought towels up. The next morning we needed 4 showers. Only two had hot water. Would not stay here again. Only there as a stopping point on way to Traverse City. If all you care about is casino, just be aware of the above....
