'Nice stay'

'The staff in the front office was very friendly. The hotel is very ran down. Super dirty on the outside. The inside was ok. Just old. They have tried to make it nice. But it needs an entire renovation. The step covers on the edge of the steps, were taped on. I could hear the bug zapper electrocuting bugs thru the night. AC was great! Need to leave on all the time due to the humidity. You can hear the planes. But I found that they didn’t run thru the night. It would...

'Make sure they don’t assign your room in the front of the elevator. It was really bad experience and because of hotel location, lot of ambulances sirens really bothered my sleep. Never go back.'

'I haven’t stayed in a worse place!!!! It’s disgusting! Smelly!!! And noisy!!! Other occupants talked all through the night and loudly too! The trash cans are everywhere and stinks! This place shouldn’t be on Expedia!!!!'

'I liked the hotel Well kept, excellent customer service'

'First off when I checked in the room had termites everywhere dried up mud was everywhere the room was extremely dirty so we didn’t stay we left an they refuse to refund my money they are horrible an I will not recommend them for anyone to stay'

'Once again, we love this property but would appreciate an earlier check in time.'

'The residence was well kept and stocked with goodies for the guests. The rooms were quiet and clean. The courtyard and surrounding grounds were nicely maintained. The location is approximately one mile from the French Quarter and Mid Town for a variety of dining and walking options. I really enjoyed the stay and plan to return in the future.'

'Everything'

'Our stay was absolutely magnificent! I consider myself quite particular when it comes to accommodations, and this property exceeded my expectations. It was immaculate from top to bottom, with exceptional cleanliness, security, and privacy; all of which were especially appreciated while traveling for a work conference. The entire experience was outstanding, and I will absolutely be staying here again!'
