'I had a nice stay at the Crane but it is definitely showing its age. The cleanliness in the pools could have been better especially the adult pool which was desperate for a lot more water so the filters could work properly. The restaurants on the resort were all good and we did enjoy however what is lacking is a restaurant that serves the foods of Barbados which we had to leave the resort to enjoy. 'The Owner was not very pleasant and polite. She needs to learn humility and be more hospitable. The room need to smell more fresh, floor needed sweeping because hair and dust was on it. Why did I pay $90 US just to sleep 4 hours until my flight was ready, just to feel like I am begging her to stay or like I am bothering her? Place is okay but she needs to learn proper customer service.'

'The stay was good, the staff were very professional and very accomodating, the experience with the food was not the best but it depends on your experience elsewhere. The cocktails definitely felt like mocktails. The transfer was very long and I suggest adding taxi pickups as part of the package'

'Dover beach, restaurants and convenience store are within walking distance. My bathroom faucet was not sealed with silicone; it was moving freely while turning on the water. The sofa bed has strong piss smell. Our king bed is sinking down and pillows are not the same size. Room needs patching and cleaning throughout. 'This was a nice hotel right on the beach in the gap . Near other hotels and restaurants .Liked that they catered to us on the beach was a highlight. Umbrellas towels and beach loungers were always available.Its pretty clean and staff were super nice. Food and drinks were ok.The room is a decent size . Was a bit disappointed that there was no microwave and that the shower backed up a lot before it drained.'
