'The hotel itself is nice, security fence and gates around property to help protect your vehicle.
The area around it has really been run down, homeless peeps hiding in the shadows everywhere.
A 16% Tax was added to the bill as a Hotel Tax in a state that has No state tax, very disappointing, this hotel is just over the river from WA. State, next time we’ll book on WA. Side due to the excess hotel tax and surrounding area and homeless issues. '

'Rooms are outdated and not clean. Window was wide open when we got there with a fully ripped screen (the room had an odd smell so I’m guessing they were trying to air it out). Breakfast was the typical continental breakfast. '

'Breakfast was fresh with hotbar. Get there before 9.30am as the staff start clearing things at that time.
Room was clean enough. Had a slight mildew scene after shower.
Staff were very friendly.
Location is right near expo center, but i would not walk there as you would need to walk past a *lot* of people struggling with addiction to reach it.'
