I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was extremely poor. The front desk was often unattended, and when we needed assistance, we had to repeatedly call with no answer. At one point, we actually had to raise our voices just to get someone to come to the desk, which is completely unacceptable.
We specifically requested a non-smoking room, but the room we were given smelled strongly of smoke. On top of that, there was a noticeable odor of cats, and the room did not feel clean at all. We even found cat food in the room, despite not having any pets with us, which was very concerning.
We did bring these issues to the staff’s attention, but nothing was done to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, because we were traveling from out of state and did not have transportation, we had no option but to stay.
I also have photos documenting the condition of the room. Based on this experience, the hotel looks nothing like what is advertised online. If I were booking through Expedia, I would not expect a property like this to be listed given how misleading the presentation is.
Additionally, there was a $20 deposit required in cash only, which was not clearly communicated ahead of time.
Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor communication, and unresponsive staff made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend staying here.
