Included in your stay, between March and October there are chair and umbrella set-ups on the beach. They also offer kayak and paddle board rentals for $20/hr.

This one's on the third floor, so if you don't mind the steps the privacy and view are superior. It's our most often requested condo with return guests.

Enjoy our lovely vacation home on Okaloosa Island. Newly remodelled in light and bright pastels, flat screen TV's, and king memory foam mattress,etc. The sugar white beach and emerald green water are just out the back door.

Watch the dolphins in the morning and the sunset in the evening from the private balcony. There is a gas grill for cookouts, and we have beach chairs, umbrellas and floats for fun on the beach. The Pier and Boardwalk are an easy walk down the beach.

Villas Capri is located between the Surf Dweller Condominiums and the Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort on Okaloosa Island, off of Santa Rosa Boulevard at: 556 Coral Court, Fort Walton Beach, FL.

The deposit ($200) is fully refundable understanding that there will be no damage, nuisance or smoke odor, and that the condo will be left in good condition. Booking is reserved and firm when both deposit and rent are received, and owner has emailed arrival information.
