Loved it!

Very nice and spacious condo. Room sizes were great. Location was good and the beach was very empty. I would stay here again. Only complaint was the carpets really need to be shampooed, they were quite dirty.

Beach vacation

Basically we liked our stay but the place needs to be updated...furniture is old and outdated and would have liked a door in the master. Also i would probably do no carpeting and just laminate much easier to keep clean. Door on common bathroom knob was broke and needs fixed. Main door could either be cleaned or replaced. This was a great location with great beach access. Size was good for my family. Place has a lot of potential to go from good to great. Also liked how each room. Has a good tv.

Great location for a family vacation

The property was very clean and accurate to the listing description. Bonuses include lots of bath towels, washer/dryer in rental, free parking, 2 free beach chairs with an umbrella daily. Close to shopping and restaurants.

The sheets on the master bed had dried blood on them. GROSS. The stove top was very sticky and dirty The oven stunk. We didn't use the pool much because it was so small and in the front.

Nothing fancy but very close to beach . Great view from balcony. Parking was good with plenty of parking passes available. I personally did not use activity passes but my daughter did enjoyed them very much. Really nice beach front.

Great stay with a hiccup

We had a really great stay and mostly the room was very clean! The front bedroom ended up having a leak and the toilet had to be replaced during our stay, and when the toilet was opened there was a significant amount of mold which made the room smell like mold during our stay. The rest of the rooms were very clean with no issues. Overall we would stay here again if they fix the mold issue in the front bathroom.

Unit was nice, Leasing agency was HORRENDOUS!!!

The unit was as seen online, not super fancy decor inside but was perfect for a week at the beach . However the check in process was TERRIBLE, most places you check in by 4, the fine print tells you that it you should find something to do between 4 and 6 cause its usually after and BINGO they were correct. We got so frustrated we drove to Brooks and Shorey resorts in Fort walton, the lady in office basically told us she didnt care that they dont guarantee any check in time it could be as late as they need. Keep in mind we have two six month old twins who had already been in car 6 hours to get there and had to sit in parking pot for another 3 or more. Im not sure who owns the unit, but if they're smart they will find someone else to lease it for them. Its a beautiful place and a perfect view, just terrible customer service.
