This spacious 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath condo is stylishly decorated in soothing designer colors with a coastal feel. The unit has an open floor plan with raised ceilings a spacious living room with crown molding and beautiful plank tile flooring throughout. The open floor plan of this two bedroom unit allows every room to lead onto a spacious balcony with outdoor seating.

Split bedroom floor plan allows extra privacy from guests or children. The master bedroom features a king bed, private bath with shower and tub, flat screen TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a king bed, private bath with shower and tub, flat screen TV, and DVD player. This beautiful unit offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations- kids love these! All mattresses are fully encased in bed bug proof covers.

The open living room houses a queen sofa sleeper and is a great place to entertain with comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV, and DVD player. The balcony is a perfect spot to watch the sunrise over a cup a coffee.

There is a half bath located off of the main living area near the bunk room. We've equipped the bathrooms with new fluffy white towels and high end eco-friendly toiletries, including lotion.

The condominium’s kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. In addition to a coffee maker, and toaster, the kitchen has all the basics you need to whip up family favorite recipes or a romantic dinner on the balcony.

The dining area has a large table with seating for six people. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the unit for your convenience.
