A Slice of Paradise

First trip to Oakalosa- resort was great for kids including all the onsite activities! B103 was exactly as represented- response to questions and checkin was quick and efficient! We had a nice time at this condo! The condo was clean when we arrived and we didn’t have any issues. Plenty of space for everybody. The kids loved the pools and had tons of fun. It was nice having the beach service chairs and umbrella, and the attendants were very friendly and helpful to get our spot picked out.

Beautiful unit!

We have stayed at Waterscapes several times and loved this unit! The decor was very nice. Being on the 1st floor, directly across the hall from the pool/beach access door was convenient. I did miss the view you get on higher levels but the patio area was nice. We had to reach out to management due to a frozen ice maker and they were receptive and responded timely.

Multigenerational Getaway

Three generations of our family had a wonderful stay at Waterscape! Our young grandsons LOVED all of the pool areas while we enjoyed our beach time. The first floor location of the condo put us just steps away from the pool, but it was still quiet enough for the toddler to nap in the afternoon. Having two master suites in the condo along with a bunk room was a real plus and it gave each family the space we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect!

Absolutely loved the location. It was a short drive to many restaurants and other fun attractions with a lot being within walking distance. Our unit was spacious and very nice! The bathrooms in both bedrooms were very big with walk in showers AND separate garden tubs Our unit walked right out to the pool area and had a very short walk to the beach. The pools were large with many things to do for the kids at each one. The lazy river was big and so relaxing. This is our second year at Waterscape but first time with this particular property. We will definitely be trying to book this again for next year!

Great location!

This is the fourth property we have stayed at at the Waterscape. The location was perfect. This is the best one out of the four. Everything was great! A couple little things…there were 3 lights out in one bathroom and 1 in the other. None of the ceiling fans worked correctly or at all. It would be nice to have a tote on the patio for beach toys that can be recycled and reused.

Convenient and accomodating

This property is just a few steps from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and a few souvenir shops. We really didn’t need to drive anywhere except the grocery store. The condo had everything we needed to feel at home and was big enough for us to have space and privacy. There were 6 of us, 2 in each room, so I didn’t have to worry about waking anyone when I got up in the morning to have my coffee on the porch. It really was perfect for us!

Great Spot, just wish it was warmer!

2nd time staying at WaterScape. 1st time in B103. Nice room, great location to beach and pools. Convenient unloading area a few hundred feet from room so you don’t have to drag all of your luggage from the parking ramp. Large Ruko TVs in bedrooms and living room. We were hoping to relax on the beach most of the time, but got to spend little time out there as temps struggled to reach 60 everyday we were there. I guess we learned the hard way not to go in February!

Perfect location

We booked a last minute get away and little did we know we’d hit the jackpot!! The condo was the perfect location and easy to get to. Patio could’ve been cleaner and there was some sand left in the floors but it’s the beach! Owner was quick to respond to any questions. We’ll definitely be back!

Smoke detector kept going off if you used stove,tray /drawer in fridge broken.over all rating would be a 3 out of 5 with room for improvement overall stay was fun for the family. Would stay again.
