'I had the most EXCEPTIONAL STAY! I literally was left speechless and in amazement. I will start by saying I stayed in late January (so off season- so idk how accommodating they can be when it’s busy), but I arrived 2.5 hrs early, they were able to get me into my room right away AND UPGRADE my room to ocean view !!!
