Homes within the Villa Lago Community have access to three pools in the Sandestin Resort!
The first floor boasts travertine floors and crown moldings, with a back patio overlooking the calming canals unique to Villa Lago. The kitchen offers new stainless steel appliances with granite counter-tops, mahogany cabinetry, a large island/breakfast bar, and an eight-person dining room table. The living room offers a large flat screen T.V. with a high-definition cable. Complete with a library for your enjoyment. NEW premium furnishings, a sleeper sofa with a gel mattress, and one of a kind art pieces accentuate the home to provide maximum comfort to fully enjoy your vacation. The back patio also offers a sitting area, with a new propane grill for you to get the most out of the warm Destin weather.
One bedroom and full bath is located on the first floor, complete with its own flat-screen T.V. and queen-size bed. The bathroom offers granite counter-tops, mahogany cabinetry, and a large walk-in shower.
The second floor holds two bedrooms, a laundry room, and the media room. The media room, an invaluable item for vacationing families, offers an additional large flat screen T.V. with two twin beds. The guest bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, a flat-screen T.V., and a personal bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, a flat-screen T.V., and a large walk-in closet. The master bath is complete with his and her sinks, granite countertops, and mahogany cabinetry. The laundry room holds new Samsung high efficiency washer and dryer machines.
The Villa Lago community is the newest community in the Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort. Nestled between Venetian inspired canals and the Baytowne Golf Course, the home radiates rest and relaxation. The community is within biking distance to the beach and walking distance to the Village of Baytowne Wharf. Baytowne Wharf offers a variety of shops, eateries, and entertainment for kids and grownups alike. Additional famous Sandestin® golf courses, such as the Links and the Raven, as well as the Grand Boulevard shopping center and Movie Theater are only a short trolley ride away.

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in 'Beach Orchid.' No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
No Smoking: Smoking in any form (e.g. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”) are not permitted in 'Beach Orchid.' No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
Golf Cart:
The Golf Cart is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor, BeachWalk Vacation Gear, LLC ("BVG, LLC"). The rental policy signed is between the Guest and BVG, LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or BeachWalk Vacation Properties, LLC.
