This is a bright, airy and clean property. The property is well appointed with up to date, modern appliances. Very comfortable beds and furnishings. Taylor was quick to respond to any inquiries from the initial prospective booking stage to on-site questions. This home is in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located to restaurants and markets. Highly recommended for anyone staying or visiting in Fort Smith. We had a wonderful long weekend at Taylor's home.

From the minute we walked in to this home, we knew we had chosen the right place! Everything was just as described in the advertisement and even better than we were expecting! This is a beautifully decorated home that provided every comfort and luxury you can imagine. This gracious host has thought of every detail, including soft bath towels, and extremely comfortable bedsheets. We particularly loved the gourmet kitchen, the comfortable beds, the high-pressure shower heads in the bathrooms, and the comfortable living room furniture and outdoor patio, where we would relax in the evenings. The property is in a beautiful neighborhood and conveniently located to most all the popular attractions in the area. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions we had. I highly recommend this property and wish I could give it 10 stars!
