Children must be supervised by an adult at all times around the pool and throughout the backyard.

Guest access

Guests will have private access to the main home, bonus guest house, swimming pool, game room, backyard, and all advertised guest amenities.

Private owner-storage area

A secondary shed located toward the back-right side of the backyard is reserved for private owner storage and is not available for guest use. The shed will remain locked throughout your stay.

Parking

The driveway accommodates up to two vehicles. Additional vehicles may park on the designated grass area in front of the home.

Please do not block the sidewalk, roadway, neighboring driveways, mailboxes, or access points. Parking is not permitted on neighboring properties.

Guest Rental Agreement, ID Verification and Security Deposit

GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT, ID VERIFICATION, AND SECURITY DEPOSIT SELECTION ARE REQUIRED

All reservations require completion of a Guest Rental Agreement, identity verification, and security-deposit selection before arrival instructions are released.

Guests will have the option of selecting either:

✦ The available nonrefundable damage-protection option of $75

Neighboring Property

A neighboring structure visible beyond the backyard is currently less maintained than the surrounding homes and may be noticeable from portions of the pool area.

The neighboring structure is completely separate from this rental and does not affect access to the home, pool, guest house, backyard, or any advertised amenities. We are exploring additional landscaping and screening options to improve the backyard view.

Guest-House Bathroom

The detached guest house includes a compact bathroom with a small shower, toilet, and sink. Guests wanting more spacious bathroom facilities may also use the bathrooms located inside the main house.

Starter Kit

The home will be prepared for your comfort and enjoyment upon arrival. As is customary for vacation rentals, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essential items to help begin your stay. Any additional supplies needed during the reservation will be the guest’s responsibility.
