From the second I clicked yes at booking until after I locked the door on the way home this was the greatest VRBO experience to date. The house is a 12 out of 10. The pictures don’t do it justice. The home is huge and gorgeous with attention to high end detail everywhere. Even chocolates and wine at check in AND towel folding in all the beds. The host responds so quickly and is beyond helpful. The home has EVERYTHING you’d need to just enjoy and unwind. The view, pool, lake and boat docks are perfect and even the huge amount of pool floats and tubes make it so much more fun. I cannot type how great this place is. I WILL be going back. Book fast and book often this place is the real deal.

Excellent beach house!!!!

Out family of 12 just spent the week at 17 Palms. The house is awesome, spacious and has everything you need! From beautiful decor to beach toys, chairs, towels and more. The inside is beautiful but the outdoor area is even better! The view is stunning especially at night , The kids swam from morning to night, fished off the dock and we all enjoyed the many lounge chairs around the pool. There is a park at the end of the street and the beach is close ( we tented golf carts) we brought 2 boats and enjoyed fishing and boating around to different sandbars and beaches.The attention to detail with this house was amazingEverything was provided ( kitchen fully stocked), the kids quickly found the bowl of Hersey kisses left for them! Thank you to the host family for a great week and being so responsive and available by phone! If you want a great house for large family stay here!!! The pictures do not do it justice!!!!We hope to come back!

Amazing House

Wonderful experience and time at this property. The dock and view are incredible. Watch a sunset every night while the fish are breaking all around you. Super clean and comfortable, every amenity and need was provided. Great landlord and super easy communication. Would love to return.

My family had a fantastic experience with our stay at 17 Palms! The house was perfect, with gorgeous views, a deep-water dock, and spacious bedrooms with private baths. The owners were terrific to work with and extremely accommodating! We cannot wait to book again!

Perfect for three adult couples - with an apartment upstairs for the older kids. Beautiful home, well-provisioned across the board, and incredible communication from & interaction with the host. True all-star host. We loved seeing the porpoises off the dock and spending time on the lanai & in the pool. Rented a pontoon boat, which was super convenient with the house’s docks. Brian and family thought of everything to make this home away from home - games, all-ages pool toys, fully equipped kitchen, fishing gear, and never ending stocks of towels / linens. Only wish we cracked the code on the nociums - appreciate the bug spray left for us in the hall closet though! Perfect place for our little family’s reunion!

What an amazing house!

When we walked in the view blew us away! So many special touches throughout the house. We had 12 people and it was great. Our host was very responsive when we had a question. Brian is a wonderful host. My family fished from the dock and said it was the best fishing at any of the houses we have rented in the past 15 years of family beach vacations. Plenty of towels and beach gear. The house is well decorated with a beachy feel. We went to the local beach, played pickleball and went shopping. I could go on but if you are looking for a wonderful place this is the number one rental you should book!. I must say that we will be back again!

Perfect family home

Home was perfect for our family and grandchildren. The pool area is very secure and many toys and games to keep little ones happy. High chairs and even a small kid table with chairs as well as kid picnic table outside. Short walk to a playground, and the beach. Could not have been a better vacation spot for 8 adults 4 children. Thank you to the hosts who were extremely friendly and responsive to questions. The fish were jumping saw dolphins, stingrays and many pelicans, osprey and other birds enjoying the lush mangroves of fish.

Plenty to do!

We had a family reunion in the area and chose Seventeen Palms because of its location and beautiful setting! It did not disappoint. Huge kitchen entertaining area, spacious bedrooms and a whole separate apartment for when the old folks went to bed and the kids continued on! Pool was fun and everyone had fun on the pier - fishing, watching the dolphins swim by or taking in the spectacular sunsets! Highly recommend staying here to anyone!

Great Beach House for Family Reunion!

Great beach house for my family reunion. We loved the house, the close proximity to the playground, pickleball courts and beach. We cooked all of our meals in the vast kitchen, we played cards on the screened in porch, we laughed into the evening. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions. Highly recommend. PS use bug spray for the noseeums in the evenings and at the beach.

Perfect vacation home!

17 Palms has everything you need for a perfect family reunion! The house accommodated 15 of us with ease and you never felt cramped! Its a boaters paradise with a beautiful dock and boat lift and also walking distance to the beach! The host was very accommodating and easily reachable to answer any questions. I highly recommend this VRBO, you will not be disappointed!

Forever memories made at this amazing home

Our family stayed at this beautiful home for a long weekend to celebrate a 65th birthday. Three generations enjoyed every inch of this incredible property. The kids swam as the adults lounged, gazing out at the intercoastal where we fished and saw dolphins, a shark, manatees, jellyfish and more! The kitchen was very well stocked, the rooms, beds, and bathrooms were all clean and comfortable, there were endless places to sit, connect and feel like we were right at home. Every meal was eaten on the screened in porch, looking at the water, playing fooseball and relaxing. We went to the playground, the beach and used so many of the amazing toys and games the house was stocked with. I could go on and on complimenting this home for hours. The icing on the cake was the immediate responses, suggestions and kind communication that was had with the owner. Book it. You will not be disappointed!!

Family vacation

Everything about our stay was fabulous. The house is well kept and stocked with everything you need from beach chairs to toys to keep the kids busy. The view is beautiful during sunsets. We really enjoyed our stay with our extended family and always felt like we had so much room in the house. We hope to return in the future!

Wonderful stay!

This house is a true gem! The space is perfect for multiple families and friends. We had 4 families all with children and infants and all felt we had our own space. Beautiful, clean, family friendly! The host was easy to communicate with and the house was perfect and clean. All the supplies you could ever need - towels, dishes, toys, beach stuff, pool floats ect! Would definitely come back again!
