  • This beautiful newly updated single story home is only 15 minutes from Ft. Myers beach and Sanibel island. There is a Publix grocery store 1 mile from the community of Wellington Lakes. The home features a split style single level home with the master suite with private bath and double walk in closets on one side of the home and the two additional bedrooms on the other side. There is a large newly screened lanai which is accessible from the master bedroom and the main living area. There is a community pool just steps from the house and Estero Bay Preserve Park is walking distance from the house. The interior features new wood laminate flooring and tile throughout, updated pantry, pull out couch in office for additional guests as well as a hide a bed in family room, brand new master bedroom and guest room mattresses and a new refrigerator.

Great location, friendly neighborhood

We are a family of 5 and really enjoyed our stay. The location was great and the neighborhood was quiet and very friendly. Felt relaxed and safe.

Nice, well maintained house in very nice neighborhood

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 month stay in this well equipped, well maintained house. Great location between the beaches and businesses of Ft Myers and Naples. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. We experienced absolutely no negatives with the property and our stay!

Fort Meyer

We were in Fort Meyer for a family function. This property was close to all activities in a great neighborhood setting. House was bright and open. Had many little extras that made our quick visit easier! Would be great for a longer stay. Instructions, information etc from owner were quick and easy to understand. Would book again.

Amazing property, and communication.

Stayed at this property for a multi week deployment to assist in SW Fl for the storm impacts, the property was far above what was expected. The communication with the property managers were great. Never had any issues, just questions, and there were addressed immediately
