If you are looking for that Old Florida beach town that still retains its charm then Fort Myers Beach is for you. This 3-bedroom 2-bath home is located mid-island in a quiet residential area and it literally a stone’s throw from the beach!

Wake up to views of the beach and Gulf or sit outside and enjoy the views from your spacious front deck (NOTE - Added spacious new deck in Dec. 2020). The beach access is directly in front of the home (across the street) and leads to a charming beach Gazebo set up with tables and chairs for use by the residents and tenants of the small community. Enjoy a respite from the sun or your morning coffee in the peaceful Gazebo while taking in the breathtaking views of the Gulf. The Gazebo has also been the back drop for many subset weddings over the years.

At the end of Gulf Island Drive is a private park and dock also for the residents and tenants. The dock space is for daytime use on a first come first serve basis. The tiki hut with spectacular views of the Bay can be enjoyed anytime for entertaining or relaxing. Fishing off the dock it a great way to spend a relaxing afternoon. (NOTE: DUE TO HURRICANE DAMAGE IN 2020 THE DOCK IS NOT ACCESSABLE AT THIS TIME)


The remodeled Kitchen has plenty of counter space and cabinets. The kitchen window has a great view of the beach and Gazebo. Each bedroom has ample closet space while the master bedroom has a walk-in closet. There is a Laundry area in the home offering ease of upkeep during your stay. The Cabana Beach House sleeps 8 with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and a bunk bed. The huge, fully enclosed garage is perfect for keeping all your toys safe and dry. A Publix supermarket is a short .5 mile walk/drive from the house. Numerous restaurants, bars, shops and marinas are all close by. There’s even a trolley stop next door.

Very nice home and easy access to the beach. Only a couple of minor hiccups that can happen with anybody but it was resolved quickly and easily with an uninterrupted vacation. We will consider coming back again

Great place to stay! Had everything we needed!

This property is in a great spot at mid island. Although the traffic gets heavy you can get around by bus/trolley. I would advise to learn the bus system before your trip. Beach access is right across the street. Publix 4 blocks away and they even let us use their cart to get out groceries home and their delivery service is great too. We only had a couple (minor) things that we had questions about which were tended to right away. They had beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, towels everything we needed for the beach. They also had everything we need to make breakfast and lunch. Then we went out for dinner. I definately recommend this property and will stay there again if we go back. Thank you Maria (and hubby) for making out stay perfect!

Great location!

The convenience of this property to the beach which is where we spent most of our time was perfect. We usually cooked all of our meals at the house and had everything we needed. Publix was really close. Beach wagon, toys, chairs were handy! My only complaint would be the cleanliness. House just needs a good deep cleaning. Would stay again for the location!

The perfect beach getaway

We had an INCREDIBLE time at this property! The space was beautiful and all the details were taken care of! The beach was absolutely perfect (soft sand, really empty and the property had all the beach gear we could ever need!) We can’t wait to come back to this property again and again! It wa absolutely perfect!

Love this place!

This house Is wonderful. It looked newly remodeled. It is spacious and beautifully decorated. A very short walk to a beautiful beach. It has a spacious 2-car garage and an elevator that made coming and going very easy for those who needed it. We would definitely stay here again. Great place! Great value!

Great location. Great views. Would have been nice to have the construction disclosed. We had construction workers outside the master window every week day morning starting at 7 am which were not quiet. Hard to get to driveway due to the construction. We had to supply toilet paper and paper towels as only one roll was left. No propane to grill. Check out on website was listed at 11. Property manager was in our driveway at 9 waiting for us to pack up and leave. Other than those few things like I said the houses is right across the street from the beach access so great location. Comfortable beds. Great kitchen. Small living area. Big garage for vehicles and beach toys. Downfall to property is no pool but we gave up the pool for the beach access Overall good stay.

This is a great place, perfect location, very comfortable, nicely decorated, and we fiund everything we needed. The access to the beach made a huge difference, it was pretty much a private beach for all of us. Debbie the inn keeper or property manager is an outstanding person, can't complain about a thing. We have decided to be back soon.

This home worked out very well for our family. Clean, nice, all the amenities we needed at the home and on the beach. Right across from the beach and a short distance from the grocery store. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location right across from the beach! Comfortable spacious 3 bedroom house!

Nice clean well maintained house in mid island area. Well equipped with beach chairs,towels,toys. Can see the ocean from the deck. Neighborhood has a cute gazebo area by the beach which allows one to escape the sun if needed and also store chairs so they don’t have to be lugged back and forth every day. Also was easy to get to main area of FMB or to Bonita Springs. (Only downside right now is all the road construction-can be a bit noisy and dusty till project is finished..)
