Our modern villa was built this year and is very exclusive and tastefully furnished. The villa is located in the south west of Cape Coral and has a south-west orientation, so that even during the winter months sunny hours are secured by the pool. The house can accommodate 6-8 people. Equipped with three quiet bedrooms, 3 modern bathrooms of a large, fully equipped, open kitchen with granite countertops and a dining area as well as a modern living room, the house has about 220 sqm of living space. As children are welcome, there is a high chair, baby cot and toys. The large terrace with a pool / whirlpool with a child-friendly low-water zone has a dining table and a seating group for 6 persons in the covered area as well as 5 relaxation areas. A new 4 Falmmen Gas Grill is at our guests' disposal. The pool can be secured by a children's fence.

 Our house is centrally located and is just minutes from Cape Coral beach. Since we spend several times a year vacation with our daughter in our villa, the house has a perfect decor and an indescribable charm. We have tried to make an unforgettable holiday for our guests in a beautiful house.

Pool and whirlpool: You can be sure that there are no wishes left open. Pool and whirlpool can be electrically heated. We planned the pool with children's area. Here the water depth is very low, so that their toddlers can safely splash in the water. If necessary, a pool can be provided by our landlord before arrival. A large electric grill invites to the barbecue.


Leisure activities: In close proximity you will find many leisure activities according to every taste. All watersports, a large aquatic amusement park, beautiful beaches such as Sunibel, Captiva and Fort Myers Beach. The small Cape Coral beach is just 3 km away. In a few minutes you can reach Cape Harbor, where you can eat in a chic restaurant, conquer cocktails or perhaps find refreshment in the ice cream parlor. In the evening, the evening can be romanticized. Shopping malls like the Edison in Fort Myers or the Miromar Outlet are about 30 minutes away. To Orlando to countless recreational parks they drive in approximately 2 1/2 Autostunden.

The rental price refers to four persons. Each additional person is charged with 15, - $ per day. Children under 12 years are not charged.
