I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.'

'Needs updated. Looks like it had some type of water leak and it was never repaired. I was highly disappointed but stayed anyway due to the fact that I had rented from them before and know this was not'

'I would give this a zero star if I could, the only positive thing I can think of is the Kind young man at the desk, he kindly helped us to get a refund even after checking in. Hallways are absolutely filthy and crowded with folks hanging out on the floor by their rooms. Elevator filthy, smells were overwhelming and it was loud! When we entered our room, we got hit with an extremely strong smell of MOLD. We couldn’t stay longer than a few minutes, walls has streaks of brown and white, bathrooms...

'Parking was easy, the room was clean however the towels didn’t seem too clean. The housekeeping staff was very nice. The only thing I would suggest is that they provide with at least 2 new towels before giving out the used ones. '

'Terrible. Well at least room 334 was. It smelled like your crazy cat lady aunt's house with a dirty litter box. We found animal hair and a cat toy. Even with the windows open, we put Vicks VapoRub on our noses. We have had to wash everything we brought into the room. Note my girlfriend and I both have indoor cats in our homes. Honestly, I am shocked they are even using this room in its current state. We were exhausted from travel and checked in late after the front desk was gone or we would...
