'Overall, I think it was a pretty nice hotel and I would come back based on the location alone. The pool was pretty nice and the amenities were pretty okay. Biggest downside was that I was towing my small 5x8 utility trailer behind my SUV on my way to Laconia. When I parked my vehicle in the valet parking spot as I was told to do since the parking garages do not allow trailers, the gentleman that that parked us or took care of us that worked for the hotel said he was going to have to charge me...

'The room is spacious and clean with comfortable pillows. The rooftop bar and restaurant is lovely and a plus. The staff from the reception to the rooftop bar/restaurant were helpful and friendly with great service. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.'

No parking was also a bit of an issue but we figured out the nearby town lot that was free and allowed 72 hour stay. 'Expected more from an Ascend property than new furniture and trim surfaces in the bathroom. This is an older motel with new amenities. TV didn’t work. Window wasn’t locked and took effort to lock (single story hotel). The only friendly person on.the staff was the lady prepping breakfast. It was a decent location to get downtown.'

'No complaints, nice and spacious room, the cleaning service seems a bit overbooked, as day 1 both of my glasses in the bathroom were filthy (lipstick stains, eww!), but this was resolved immediately when i asked. Club level has a separate room for breakfast in the morning and snacks in the evening, both were great. The elevator to the club level however is unbelievably slow.'
