Kamers zijn prima, maar jammer dat er geen housekeeping plaats vind. De airco op kamer maakt veel lawaai. Wel kun je vragen om handdoeken, deze worden dan gebracht. De lobby, liften en het hotel verder beneden, zag er vervuild uit. Het ontbijt was karig, maar functioneel. Personeel was aardig en behulpzaam. Het avond eten is geen aanrader. Bij aankomst werden we verrast dat we moesten betalen voor het parkeren, 25 dollar per nacht. Het hotel ligt aan het strand, maar in de omgeving is niets te beleven.

I loved my stay! The staff sent it over the top they were so great every single person. Vallet, front desk, dining, cleaning. They had an area of commonly forgotten toiletries, which i appreciated since we forgot toothbrushes and tooth paste. They had games and books for borrow in the same area. Lots of pl e to lounge and hang out. The beach and views are perfect! I got stung by a jelly fish and they gave me vinegar from the kitchen which was a huuuge help. Every time I needed help someone was there and willing. Just such nice people. Food was tasty. If you want to have the conventional breakfast you have to be there form 8-9 or you won’t have much to choose from but you can always order food.

I came here with my husband nd we enjoyed our stay, it was reasonably priced, the locations was great since it was right on the beach. The food at the restaurant was really good but it seemed like overall the facility was understaffed as it took quite a bit of time to receive any food you would order and the complimentary breakfast was very very minimal so that was a bit disappointing but overall it was a pretty good stay!

I read all the other reviews and was not surprised by anything at the hotel. Location was convenient and quiet. It was really nice to relax. Rooms were a bit small, but well updated and had everything we needed. I loved that they stocked the lobby with essentials that you could just grab as needed. The private beach was so nice to have. Made me fall in love with Hillsboro Mile!

Stay here before and it was wonderful. Since it came under new management, it’s so dirty and run down. Each suit has a fridge, sink and coffee maker but they don’t give you anything to use them. If you ask for cups or glass they say they will look into it and never respond. Also if you anything the staff has an area that’s called self service. You have to go to this area to get extra towels, toilet paper, soap, coffee and everything. And if that area is out of something the staff could care less. Also all towels and trash you have to put in the hall way till staff will pick it up. But because they are unstaffed it sits out there smelling till someone picks it up.

room was very nice and clean, but little information was shared ahead of time, regarding breakfast, parking, and rules for beach. the “breakfast” that was supposed to be included was soupy oatmeal, toast and bagels. this hotel is ran through the restaurant so in order to get a decent meal you have to spend $20-$30. you are not allowed to bring your own food or cooler down to the beach cause the restaurant only wants you to purchase their food daily. they have “valet parking” which you have pay $25 a day to park at the hotel, but we did the parking ourselves most of the time. you can definitely find a different place to stay at with more things included. overrall the hotel was nice, but a money pit.

The price for staying close to the Beach was great, but as they say you pay for what you get. Feces on the bed and sheets, tub clogged, maintenance was unavailable as well as the 24 hour person. I would recommend paying a little more and staying at a different location.

This property was great overall. Room was beautiful (ocean view suite), staff were friendly, and relaxing things to do nearby. Only concern is where they parked my car for valet parking, I’m not sure what exactly was dripping on the hood of my car but it left a terrible white cast that is extremely hard to get out. Still in the works of getting it out if no progress I will be contacting the property. Other than that I highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay at the Hillsboro by Sonder. It was clean, smelled nice inside and staff was friendly! Nice pool area and right on the beach! I didn’t like that you had to pay $15/day to rent a beach chair. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Good quiet location, private beach, pool and in-house dining and bar. Make this convenient place to stay in Deerfield Beach. It’s a pretty long walk to the pier and restaurants from this location. But it’s doable.

Great hotel depending who you are Its a beautiful hotel with private access to a section of the beach. However, it is secluded and not any shops or restaurant or public transportation around. So if you have a car and ready to pay 25$ per day or a big Uber budget, its perfect. If you want a more accessible area with more excitement than its not perfect. There is no vending machine and the only restaurant on site is very pricy and does not have a big selection. There is no shower curtain and only one glass panel, its kind of strange. But its a lovely hotel with nice staff and nice big rooms with a microwave and fridge. if you want to just sit by the beach and pool and relax you found your spot.

Pool towels are not abundant in supply. We paid for a late checkout but our key cards stopped working 2 hours before. The continental breakfast is pretty bland. For 4 days we had oatmeal, toast, bagels and Cheerio’s for our choices. On the 5th day, we had the choice of tasteless, slimy eggs, bagels, toast and Cheerio’s. No fruit of any kind . You have to rent the beach chairs and umbrellas . You only get them from 9-5 . We had a balcony and the door handle to open the sliding door was next to the night stand, which made it hard to go Out onto the balcony.

This was the most amazing place! Such a beautiful hidden gem.. the view from our ocean front room was unlike any view I’ve ever had. The staff was so friendly and it was the perfect spot for a nice little get away. We most definitely will be back!

How can I rate a place when I booked and between the hotel& the 3rd party Expedia ruin my mother's day weekend. I paid for a trip a month prior and when I was headed there the said I had no reservations and there were no rooms. Imagine calling to said your flight was cancelled but you purchased grayhound tickets to still get there but was told you have no reservations. My mother& daughter vacation was ruined. Thanks for the memories 👎

The breakfast was all carbs. No protein or fruit. Very disappointing. Also valet parking wasn’t mentioned when I booked the hotel. $25 per day for Deerfield!!! This isn’t a city location. Hotel and rooms were very nice.
