The living room features plush seating and a smart TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. If you need to work or study remotely, there's high-speed WiFi throughout the house to keep you connected. There are 4 queen beds in the 3 spacious bedrooms all equipped with a smart TV.

The fully stocked kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample cabinet space, making it easy to whip up delicious meals for your entire group. Enjoy a meal together in the large dining area, which includes a huge dining table and plenty of seating for everyone.

The backyard is a true oasis, complete with a beautiful heated pool, an outdoor dining table, and a patio grill, perfect for alfresco dining and relaxation. The backyard also backs up to a large lake, providing a tranquil atmosphere.

Pool maintenance is done every Friday morning around 6am. He will enter the pool area through the backyard. No access to the house is required.

Lawn maintenance is done bi monthly and may occur during your stay. Only outdoor yard access will be required.
