Thanks. for review. "Pricy" ??? It would be Not an accurate statement. The most Popular and Pricy days of the Year are December 30 to January 5 are New Year days of 2022. Even though our price was Higher then normal, it was way below the market for the High Season.

Dear Guest. 1 Star out of Five is totally rough. We accept Debit Cards, We accept Zelle Transfer, We accept Expedia Collect Payments, We accept Cash, We accept Bank Deposits. In addition we have ATM at the Office We temporarily do not accept Credit Cards, due to technical issue. We apologise for the inconvenience. Sorry for your displeasure. .

The Studio that you stay in will be Going thru the renovation right after the Season will subside. What comes with the maintenance issues we have maintenance on staff and would be glad to resolve it on notice. The Studio is described on the web as : No daily Housekeeping is included. Optionally Guest may request additional services. Parking is at charge of $6 per Car and extra charge for larger vehicles. We like to make our Guests Happy by keeping Lower Prices and Limited Services Apartment Rentals.

Thanks for 4 Stars out of 5. From the 19th of December to about April 5th or 10 are the most desirable and busy dates in South Florida and for that reason are expensive. We do not Compete with 5 stars Hotels but they are astronomically expensive in season. Large Hotels do not have refrigerators , kitchens, BBQ Grills or private entrance.

Thanks for your review. People are changing in the daily rentals places, actually are changing Daly. We really do not know yet how to predict or make Expedia.com to filter our Guests any better in advance. Let us assure you, that we never had any serious issues with our Guest. Though, if we will have any upcoming issues, we will remove violators out of the property ASAP. We are taking Pride in Keeping the Property Clean, Green, Safe, Secured and Comfortable. Always Below the Market Price and as efficient as possible.

We offer for each rental Apartments Introductory/Starter set of toiletries. Set of Linens and towels. If you are extending or staying longer, we recommend to purchase supplies. We are always glad to help if you have any additional requests.

Thanks BK. On Super Bowl weekend the City of Fort Lauderdale and the entire North Miami Beach were sold out solid at astronomical prices. It Was One weekend that is even More Expensive of the Most Expensive Winter Month of the Entire Year of 2020. On the good Side, the Private Studios are now isolated and have separate Private Entrance and yard area with access to the Swimming Pool. Extra towels are available on request at $2 extra Charge per set. Parking as of 2022 is $6 per night, per standard car. Thanks again for being our Guest and come again soon.

Even you Review is Anonymous. You seem to be disappointed with all together: Sheridan Guesthouse, Expedia, Orbitz, Hotels.com Let me assure you, you are out of line. Expedia Group of Companies is the owner of most of them and rules the majority of the market. If you like to make you own regulations, you are welcome to the challenge. You will have to go to the Travel Agents and they will book true EXPEDIA. ​Expedia/Orbits told you that you are /were out of line. You called us: "shaadi outlet". How can we, after that, allow you in without full Scrutiny and ID check with magnifying glass. In the future, Please consider to rent only DIRECT and Only from Magor Flag Hotels. There are bunch of benefits at highly more expensive rates. Or be Cooperative, Polite, on Time and agree in advance to get less service for considerably less of the Costs. a) At Sheridan Guesthouse we ID Guests, take Temperature, ​before placement. b) Guests must report for proper Registration with in registration hrs. ​c) We have to Control our Guests flow and Guests Conduct. d) We do not make special arrangements, for out of policy Guests. e) We remove Guests that do not confirm to the House Rules, of the property. If any of the lines above do not work for you, please consider of not wasting your time and money. We wish you a good lock of fleeping the world of travel and if you succeed, please do not hesitate to let us know. In the meanwhile please lat us express our regret for the inconvenience that you certainly experienced and wish you a lot better lock with you future travel plans and rentals.
