Self Check in. Centrally located licensed vacation rental, B9055897, just 1 mile from the beach and 1 mile from downtown Hollywood. Enjoy several golf courses, tennis, nature preserve, Gulf Stream Race Track, Hard Rock Casino, Hard Rock Stadium, Shopping and Restaurants and the famous Hollywood boardwalk and beach. The home offers 4 bedrooms each includes a television, ceiling fan. Three of the 4 bedrooms have doors to the pool and fenced in patio area and backyard. The pool is a 15x30 heated pool with an attached spa. Spa is the same temperature as the pool. Patio includes table, chairs and lounge chairs along with a gas grill and umbrella. Some pool floats. The fully appliance kitchen includes ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, stove, oven and blender. Home includes dishes and cookware. Dining area includes seating for 6 with an additional seating for 2 at the granite island. 2 bathrooms each with a hair dryer, magnifying mirrors, shampoo and soap. Ample supply of towels and beach towels. Washer and dryer. Beach Chairs. Please follow my house rules carefully, there are no exceptions because of local regulations. Upon your booking request, a photo copy of your driver license is required to abide by these regulations. 1. King Bed in Master Bedroom w/on suite. 2. Queen Bed with sliding doors to pool area. 3. Queen Bed with sliding doors to pool area. 4. 2 twin beds sliding doors to pool area. Conversion kit to combine bed to queen if wanted. Full Kitchen stainless appliances with granite counter tops. There are outdoor security cameras which capture video. There are outside and inside noise monitors which do not record simply notify owner of unreasonable loud noise above the Hollywood Florida standards or which cross property lines.

Excellent home away from home!
We had an amazing stay! The house was perfect. Clean, stocked, spacious, well lit. The pool was perfect! The location is literally 5 mins from the beach, plenty of grocery stores, shops, nail salons, anything you can think of needing is within a very reasonable distance! Peggy was a great host! Touched base upon arrival and gave us a quick run down of the good food places to try, fun activities to go do, and always available at the drop of a dime. We were just down here in December, and the last place we rented didn’t even compare to this property. We love it! And we will definitely be returning in the future as long as Peggy’s still here hosting! Thank you so much for everything and the hospitality!!

Had a great time!
My family and I had a wonderful stay, everything was clean and Peggy was nice enough to let us check in early. The house is well kept, the layout is great and location is perfect. The pool was great fun, there were lots of pool/beach toys in the outside brown bins for the kids to use. There is A/C, washer/dryer were useful especially on beach days. We used the towels supplied by the host and the driveway fit both cars. Closeby to publix, dania mall, target, dunkin. Refrigerator has an ice machine which was great. Would definitely rent again!

Villa spacieuse, confortable, située dans un quartier calme, pas trop loin de la plage. Dommage que l'eau de la piscine était un peu froide bien que dans l'annonce il était précisé qu'elle est chauffée. Nous regrettons la présence de caméras de surveillance omniprésentes surtout celle autour de la piscine.

Our stay at Villa del Sol was absolutely perfect. Very clean house, comfortable beds, all the amenities we needed. Great location - quiet neighborhood near the beach, groceries & restaurants. Plenty of pool toys, beach chairs, coolers, etc. Peggy was great to work with. She was very prompt in her responses to any questions I had. She also called after we got to the house to touch base. I highly recommend this place!

Family get together
We were joined by our 4 active adult children for 1 week post Xmas winter escape trip with Dolphins game as anchor. We enjoyed everything about this home, well thought out and considerate in layout and equipment. Location was great, only 1 mile walk to beach/boardwalk, stores/restaurants also close by. Couple golf courses nearby too. Pool/yard was great. Decent sized TV and we all had good beds. Very clean, no clutter, modern and up to date. Lots of towels. Bikes and golf clubs were sure handy to have. Overall, very comfortable, felt like home. Thank you Peggy, we hope we can return some time.

Beautiful home on quiet street
This classic Florida home is well maintained and in a quiet neighborhood. Its close to all that Hollywood has to offer and, if you just want to relax, there’s a beautiful pool to enjoy. It’s spacious and can comfortably accommodate 4 couples or 2 families of 4. With the split layout, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath each on opposite sides of the common areas, you have a sense of privacy. There’s ample dishes and cookware, and a good variety of pantry staples. You won’t run short on towels for the bath or the pool. For active families, there are bikes, golf clubs beach chairs as well as a selection of books and games for when you’ve had enough sun. Our host has taken the time to see that things are well marked and was very quick to respond to my occasional questions. There is only one thing that a member of our group found challenging. There is no handrail on the steps entering the pool. Judging by pictures from many online listings, this is not uncommon. For our stay, this home was 99.9% perfect. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider staying here again.

Enjoyed our return even more than the first stay
Very clean and well equipped house.We stayed here a year ago and enjoyed it so much so returned for another stay which turned out even better since we have two children 3 and a 18 month old. It is a very good neighbourhood being quiet and peaceful and within reach of all amenities.We had keen walkers and runners in the group and the beach is near and the boardwalk is great. Nothing is too much and a microwave which died on a Friday evening was quickly replaced the same evening.We travelled from London UK and hope to make more visits Hollywood Fl Thak you Peggy

Perfekter Ferienaufenthalt in Florida / Perfect vacation stay in Florida
Das Haus empfing uns in sehr gutem Zustand, alles war sehr sauber. Schöne Zimmer, bequeme Betten. Handtücher und alles was man braucht sind in genügender Anzahl vorhanden. Der Pool lud zum Baden ein und der Grill zum Barbeque am Abend. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns, dass die Gastgeberin Peggy nach dem Eintreffen anrief und fragte, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Wir hatten schon viele Ferienhäuser, aber das war schon aussergewöhlich sorgfältig. Das Haus ist einer ruhigen Gegend und der Strand ist auch gut und schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder. / The house welcomed us in very good condition, everything was very clean. Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds. Towels and everything you need available in sufficient quantity. The pool was inviting for a swim and the grill for a barbeque in the evening. We were especially impressed that the owner Peggy called after arrival and asked if everything was okay. We have had many vacation homes, but this was already exceptionally careful. The house is in a quiet area and the beach is also easily and quickly accessible by car. We will be happy to come back.

Perfect place while awaiting cruise
We flew in a few days before our cruise embarked. It was a great place between the Ft. Lauderdale airport and the Port of Miami. Plenty to do within a short walk of the house. The kids enjoyed the pool and a couple days of relaxation before the cruise. Peggy was fabulous to deal with; very organized and prompt. Made the check in and out process a breeze.

Great Vacation Home!
This is an awesome vacation home located in a great area! Biking distance to Dania Beach and close to shopping and restaurants! The home has a beautiful pool and has everything you need- beach chairs, towels, bikes and even golf clubs. The kitchen is well-equipped. The neighborhood is very quiet. We had a lovely time visiting family in the area.

Perfect place for our family trip
Property is in a great location. It’s a quick drive to the beach. There is a park within walking distance with picnic benches and kayaking. Proximity to Miami, Ft. Lauderdale and the Everglades was nice. Peggy was kind and gave us information on navigating the property/community. One complaint was the cameras in the backyard. I understand that some guests don’t behave appropriately, but it made me a little uncomfortable staying at the property with 2 young children. I would have liked to know that they would be there in advance.

Sunny Family Getaway
Peggy's house is fantastic for a sunny getaway. The house is updated and super clean - just like the photos. We had four couples (8 total) and it was so nice that everyone had their own room. The patio/pool area is great. I'm guessing we spent 50% of the time back there tanning, swimming, grilling and playing games at the umbrella table. The closest boardwalk/beach access was just 1.5 miles away and easily doable by biking, running, etc. The main beach access with garage parking is less than 2.5 miles away. We parked there several times for the boardwalk, restaurants and ice cream. There are four bikes in the garage, which saw a fair amount of use. There's also a park that's only 1/4 mile away with tennis courts, basketball courts and beach volleyball. All in all one of the best family vacations we've had!!!
