Beautiful apartment conveniently located right on the water and only 1.7 miles from the beach. The Isle Casino Racing Park is 3.5 miles. Fort Lauderdale International Airport is 16 miles. Mizner Park of Boca Raton is only 9.5 miles. It truly is one of the best located places you could find.

The apartment is on a first floor and it has been fully renovated with a view of a pool and one of the feeding canals for the intracoastal.
The owner is readily available and lives in the building.

Excellent condo, great views, amazing host

This is a beautiful condo. Everything you need is there, and the host quickly responds to questions. Upon arrival, it was very clean, and the host provided all necessary amenities. It is close to the beach, grocery stores, pharmacies, and gas stations. The pool with incredible views is an added bonus. We did a long term stay (1 month), and we would definitely stay here again.

Mostly good- a few relatively minor improvements would be great. A) TV was very difficult and cut in and out of service constantly B) Suggest at least a queen bed in master C) Pool and pool area restrictions need expanding D) Lighting in bedrooms and overall was insufficient E) Hot water in stall shower kept running out very quickly

We expected bigger beds like it says on the listing. It’s really a full size bed and 2 twin size beds. We are big people so we chose this listing based on the beds and the pool. The pool was also not in the best condition so we didn’t use it due to that and the construction going on in the property.

Great local host,!

Great location for family or small group. Clean and updated place. Host is local and not an agency which was a great year! Just minutes to the beach yet a pool just steps out the door. Highly recommend!

A weeks R&R in Fort Lauderdale

The place looked just like the pictures. Was nice and clean. Owner very responsive. Would recommend to others. The only negative was the shower seemed to be on a 5 minute timer for hot water. Always started out hot and ended in cold water.

Awesome apartment, super clean, exactly as described. Pool with Intracoastal canal view and awesome sunsets were delightful. Great price for a clean comfortable stay. Host was responsive. Only thing we needed was the wi-fi password and he was a phone call away.

Excellent Pompano Beach getaway

The unit was well furnished, neat and clean. Beautiful pool overlooking the canal. The location is only about 10 minutes to the beach and shopping/restaurants are nearby. Gregory was a gracious host and would highly recommend this apartment. I would surely like to stay here again when in the Pompano Beach area.

Awesome place
