'OK, Nothing to complement on, actually rate was the highest of 3 we stayed in.'

'Overall, the stay was good for the price. Check-in took a little longer since there was no one at the front desk for about 10 minutes. I called the number they said to call, no one answered on the first try, on the second try, they came. Not a huge deal, but after a long drive with young kids, it wasn't ideal. They should have held our room for handicap people. The building is very close to a major Interstate highway, and the noise was very noticeable in the room. Bring ear plugs. Other than those things, it was good. The breakfast was good.'

There is garbage everywhere, used condoms in the courtyard, overflowing leaking garbage cans in the hallway, the railing is so rusted it looks like it's about to collapse. After I checked in and found this out I contacted Expedia to complain and get my money back. The hotel used pictures from a different hotel on the Expedia site. I proved this to Expedia and they were no help at all. I was on the phone with them for over an hour and all I could get was a $25 credit...

'The elevator was down. We could not get a discount at the hotel because we had booked through a third party. Hoping the regional manner can help with this. Breakfast was basic, but satisfying. According to my 7 year old, "This place has everything I like! Bacon, waffles, and muffins!" The waffle batter was out and several guests tried for waffles before anyone asked an employee for a refill. She happily obliged, though perhaps monitoring more closely would have had less frustrated guests. The...
