Walking Distance- Welcome to The Palms ! w/Hot tub

Our modern boho house is great for your family and friends. We are in a prime location, just a few minutes walk to the beach, shops & restaurants. With plenty of space to sit, play and relax, you are sure to have a great time. Our home is fully equipped with a brand new hot tub, gas BBQ, and plenty of outdoor space. We have a huge side yard that is ideal for lawn games. We also have some awesome board games for all ages, if the beach isn't for you. Come and check it out for yourself! We are flexible on check in and out times. If you are looking for early check in or out, we will do what we can to accomodate us. Just ask ahead of time!

The property sits on a large double lot, giving your much space to enjoy the outdoors. The house is two levels with bathrooms on both levels. We have a games area in the three season sunroom. There is laundry on the main level of the house, and a great walk out porch with plenty of seating for outdoor dining. We have a gas bbq for your use, and loungers to soak up the sun. From the back patio you can access the hot tub, which can be enjoyed year round!

There is room for up to four cars to park.
You will have full, private access to the house. It is keyless and contactless entry. If you need anything during your stay, we will locally and are available to help in any way possible.

No smoking inside the house. HST excluded in price.
Minimum age requirement is 25 years old.
We are happy to host your pet as well. Additional fee for pets will be charged.

Nice Stay near the Lake
Family of three, in-laws, and a dog stayed here as a stopover on a long road trip. The playground just across the street was so great for our toddler to play after a long car ride. Unfortunately due to our drive we missed our chance to actually see the lake. But the house was very comfortable and clean and as pictured. I enjoyed the hot tub and appreciated the house manual! Walkable neighborhood. Nice stay, thank you!

We had an amazing one-night getaway in this cute beach community! The hot tub was a perfect touch, providing relaxation enjoyed with friends. The host Bryan was incredibly accommodating, and the cozy home was a well decorated space which made our stay memorable.

This is a lovely summer home. It was meticulously clean, furnished with nice towels and linens and starter supplies. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. It's a wonderful and convenient neighborhood and just a few blocks from Bay beach. We'd love to come again!!

Nice pet friendly home!
We very much enjoyed our stay in this nicely decorated, well air-conditioned, comfortable pet-friendly home. It is within walking distance to restaurants and an easy 30 min drive to Niagara Falls, nestled in an eclectic neighborhood with playground across the street. Although neighboring houses are very close, there are small back & side yards for dog walking and we enjoyed down tome relaxing in the enclosed front porch. So much appreciated the hosts extra care in providing necessities and small extras as well as exceptional cleanliness!

Perfect for weekend trip to Niagara Falls
Great place to stay, neighborhood really quite, minutes to Crystal Beach and 20-25 minutes to Niagara Falls, which is why we were there. Communication with property manager was prompt and efficient. My only wish was that the hot tub was located in their beautiful backyard/deck area instead of the side of the house, but that is a personal preference and not a reflection of our stay.

The house was accurately described, the bed linens were fantastic and the mattresses were really nice! The kitchen was fully equipped and we had an amazing time sitting on the back deck and taking advantage of the hot tub. I would definitely stay here again.

Check in was super easy. The cottage was clean with modern furnishings. Has a good size kitchen for meal prep. The front room is great for eating and rain days and the back porch was great at night. The hot tub worked great with no problems and has a large side yard for kids to play. There is a playground directly across the street and is a 10 min. Walk to the beach. Would recommend
