'We loved our stay at this beautiful hotel. Everything was immaculate. It sat right on the water, with beautiful ocean views. The staff was so helpful, answering questions and arranged all of our transportation. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the resteraunt on site served the best grilled octopus we have ever had. We only stayed one night but I want to stay much longer. It was the perfect spot to stay before a cruise, I wish we had more time to enjoy this beautiful hotel.'

However, Gallery Suite proved to be an excellent choice. The location was much quieter than the seafront while still being within easy walking distance of the main streets, shops, and restaurants. 'Great location and staff! We arrived off a red eye from the US and the we were allowed into our room early. The staff was so accommodating!! The room was updated and clean and the AV worked great! The location is perfect, and it’s easy to walk around and down to waterfront. They provided a taxi service to cruise port for a reasonable fee! We only stayed one night before our cruise, but would definitely stay again!'

'The rooms are rustic. Non coated floors give a dusty feeling, our feet and socks were very dirty walking on it. Batroom was great but had unfinished masonned pilar, making it feel unclean. Ontbijt minimaal. Douche en zeepdispensers zijn vies. De verwarmingsplaat in douche ligt een laag zwart vuil Eenpersoonsbed in kamer kun je niet op liggen. Poten wiebelen alle kanten op. Het hele hotel is t.o.v. de sterrenkclassificatie slecht onderhouden. Ik ben een ruim ervaren hotelovernachter,...

'Upon entering, the garbage can sitting in the entry smelled foul. There was no elevator, so that meant hauling four suitcases up two flights of stairs. The common area and room were very clean and modern, and the air conditioning worked well. The bathroom was especially nice. However, in the night, there was a strange methane-like smell in the bathroom. The bedspread had an obvious stain on it. The location was super convenient to the port and its shuttle bus system. Lots of restaurants...
