The Space:

Cool Corner is a fantastic three-bedroom Folly Beach condo located directly across from the public beach, fishing pier, restaurants, and chair and umbrella rentals. Historic Charleston is less than 12 miles north of Folly Beach. This home is within walking distance to everything fun on Folly, with Center Street just one block away, featuring lots of shops, restaurants, and places to grab a cold craft beer or a tasty cocktail. Recently remodeled and furnished with fresh, modern décor, this condo enjoys beachy vibes throughout, plus high-speed Internet, DirecTV, and smart TVs with Netflix streaming. Outside, there is a great porch with outdoor seating, fans, and lovely partial ocean views. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, ample counter space, and plenty of stainless steel appliances to help you prepare your favorite meals. You'll also have a large parking space big enough to accommodate up to two large vehicles, and there is plenty of free public parking on Folly Beach as well.

Wonderful Stay!

This place is clean, updated and well equipped for our family of 6 adults and 2 small children. Perfect location-200 steps to the beach and one block from Center Street. We would definitely book this place again!

Great place and location

Great location- right across from beach access; short walk to folly road shops and restaurants. The included covered parking is very nice. The unit itself is in very good condition. The coffee pot was cracked when we got there but after several text messages to the property management, that got fixed. Great covered porch to sit on. Close to folly beach pier where we went every day. I brought my 2 teenagers and they each had their own bedroom and bathroom so that was great. Kitchen had everything you need for basic meal prep.

Family Vacation Every Year !

We have enjoyed our stay here for a few years in a row now ! The owners equip this beach home with everything you will need including beach toys for the guests. My grand babies enjoy the twin beds , at the end of the day of playing so hard they are ready to sleep . The decor is perfect ! This season there were sea turtles nesting right outside the condo so our family enjoyed being a part of the community “watch” to protect the ocean life. While there was some renovation being done to bring in more sand along the beach it did not interfere with the peacefulness or family time of our stay. I never want to leave. Thank you so much for hosting our family each year. What a wonderful treat. We try to leave it as neat as possible !

Great location, very clean, and roomy. Listing was very accurate.

Overall, the property was as advertised. Good location, very clean, spacious. As an FYI, no barbecue grills at the property, so please bring your own if you wish to grill out. Make sure to stop by the leasing office to pick up your parking passes. Would have been more convenient if they were located inside the unit, but no big deal.

Beautiful Place & Perfect Location

We had another great visit. We enjoy Folly and visit at least once per year. The place was clean and beautifully decorated. It was a great location for our group including some that have trouble walking long distances. We had all the space and amenities that we needed for our party of 4. The beach and Center st were just a short walk away. We didn't even move the cars the entire week. I was also surprised by the price compared to other places we have stayed, great value in my opinion. I would stay again and recommend!

Fabulous condo!

We had a great ladies trip! This condo had everything we needed. Very well stocked! We spent a lot of time on the balcony and could see the pier and ocean from the balcony. The beds were super comfortable and having three full baths was great! Listening to the live music from our balcony was such a treat!

Nice space, noisy location

Great space for a group, with each bedroom having its own bathroom, and a nice sitting area and well equipped kitchen. Folly Beach has a nice, laidback vibe that we enjoyed but this unit is surrounded by several restaurants and bars that were quite noisy into the night. The condo is located right across the street from a beach access point, which is great but just be aware that it can also be loud.
