The master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom as well as access to the screened-in porch. The two guest bedrooms have a queen and two twin beds. All three bedrooms come equipped with cable TVs. A washer and dryer are provided in this unit to ease long stays.

On the Water Sunset is on the first floor of an elevated building. The neighborhood has a gated entrance. **This community prohibits E-bikes, motorcycles, mopeds, scooters, golf carts, campers, RVs, LSVs, jet Skis, boat trailers, and smoking on the property. ** On the Water Sunsets allows up to 2 dogs with a max combined weight of 45 pounds.
