'Mooie woning, groot terras met prachtig uitzicht. Alles wat je nodig hebt is ruimschoots aanwezig. Badkamer is erg klein, maar netjes en prima verder. Gelegen aan de buitenrand van Spello, parkeren kan vlak bij de woning. We hebben een super fijne week gehad!'

'The Spello House was perfect for our family of five! So clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated! Our host, Monica, went above and beyond to welcome us and treated us like family! She stocked the pantry and fridge for us, recommended some amazing places for us to visit and eat at, and set up two excursions for us. She is the best host we have ever had at a rental and Spello House was our favorite place we stayed during our Italian adventures. We hope we get to come back someday!'

'L’agriturismo Cuore Verde è un vero e proprio gioiello. Tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli: giardino, piscina, arredi. L’appartamento Ginepro poi, essendo al piano terra, l’abbiamo trovato comodissimo e molto più grande delle aspettative. La proprietaria è una signora molto gentile, presente e attenta. Graditissimi l’olio di loro produzione e le lenticchie trovati in appartamento come omaggio. Sono stati cinque giorni perfetti. Grazie di tutto!'

'We cannot say enough good things about Monica and Spello House! She was beyond helpful and inviting, she welcomed us and helped us park, showed us to the apartment, and insisted on carrying my bag! The house was roomy and had everything needed to make day to day living easy and comfortable, from the well-equipped kitchen to the washer and rooftop drying rack and clothespins, all of which we used. 'Ampio appartamento a pochi km da Assisi e da Spello. Pulizia sicuramente rivedibile. Da migliorare anche le forniture indispensabili in un appartamento (nel nostro caso mancavano olio e dei coltelli ben seghettati). Ottima la possibilità di parcheggiare all'interno della proprietà. Simpatica e presente la coppia di vecchietti proprietari dell'abitazione di cui l'appartamento è una dependance.'

'Logement très atypique spacieux et confortable. La fraîcheur induite des vieux murs en pierre a été un vrai plus vu la température extérieure. Top le tri des poubelles dans la cuisine. Peu de lumière naturelle vu la taille des fenêtre de l’époque mais on ne peut pas tout avoir. Giana est très accueillante et au petit soin pour le petit déjeuner au top !'
