The Space:

Nestled in the residential hills outside Florence's historic center, Casa Belvedere provides a peaceful escape. The apartment is easily accessible by car or public transport. The bright living room offers a comfortable sofa bed and a large smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. The cozy kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, toaster, and kettle. Enjoy the beautiful hillside views while preparing your meals. The recently renovated bathroom features a refreshing shower. The spacious bedroom boasts stunning views of Florence from both the window and French doors. A large wooden wardrobe, desk, and high-speed internet provide a comfortable workspace for those wishing to work remotely.



Note: There is a flight of stairs leading from the entrance door to the apartment, and a small step between the living room and bedroom.



Guest Access:

Please note there are approximately 20 steps leading to the apartment entrance and a small step between the living room and the bedroom.



The staircase behind the sofa is decorative and not accessible.



Other Things to Note:

You will access the apartment through self check-in, so from 3 PM onwards, you can enter your Florence Charming Apartment freely by following the instructions you will receive via email once the procedure is complete.



Our office ensures prompt responses via email, chat, and phone from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Sunday. Outside of these hours, we only respond to emergencies via phone or chat.





During check-in, we'll ask you to register the IDs of each guest who will stay in the apartment. Those data, once registered online, are encrypted and will be transmitted to the official system of the Italian State Police, as required by the current law.



Interaction with Guests:

Self check-in is available from 3 PM onwards. You will receive detailed instructions via email once the check-in process is complete.



Our office is available to assist you via email, chat, and phone from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Sunday.



For emergencies outside of these hours, please contact us via phone or chat.

In the apartment, you’ll find pots, pans, and everything you need for cooking. For legal reasons, we can’t leave any food items, but we’ll be happy to show you the nearest supermarkets and local shops.
